I'm a 20 year old Psychology graduate who has a deep curiosity about life and the way we interpret it. For the longest time, my thoughts and reflections were limited to my journals. But now, I'm ready to share them- with the hope that it might resonate with someone, somewhere.

This blog isn't about giving advice or pretending to have it all figured out. It is a compilation of my personal reflections, with the intention of encouraging others to examine their thoughts, lives, ideas and inspire helpful change.
